Jacksonville Family Photographer | The B Family

The B family lives all across the country. They were finally all together for Thanksgiving, and asked me to come out to their house to photograph them while they were in town. We did a few studio shots and then went out back to do some family shots.

These are some of my absolute favorite shots from the day.

Jacksonville Child Photographer | My girl and her twinkle lights

The other day my daughter and I were home, the house was clean, and there just wasn't anything to do. We were both bored. So I asked her if she wanted to take photos and lo and behold she said yes! I jumped on the opportunity, because like every other photographer's kid I know, she does not cooperate in front of the camera.

I quickly set up my stand and strung some lights. Grabbed a few headbands and we played for a few minutes. I'm IN LOVE with the photos I got. I'm thinking I've got my next canvas in this bunch for sure!

and finally, a smile!

Jacksonville Family Photographer | The L Fam

I was so excited to see this family for their session. I photographed Mr. H back a few months ago for his newborn session, and I was just shocked to see how big he's gotten and how much he's changed. He's not that squishy little newborn anymore, but he's just SO adorable and loving now. He has the most previous smile and the most adorably inquisitive look.
I had a blast with this family. They were up for just about anything, and I just love when that happens! We got some amazing shots and their gallery is one of my all time favorites. Again, this was a shoot that may have had to have been cancelled because of rain (what is with the rain lately) but we just went with it. And I'm so glad we did!

There's that look I was talking about!

Ahhh I love his face!

Sharing some love

Happy Holidays guys! I'm glad you loved your gallery!

Jacksonville Couple Photographer | B + T

I had the honor of photographing some dear friends of mine, B and T. I used to work with B and I love catching up with her and hearing the latest gossip. I'm even photographing their daughters wedding coming up in March and I'm SO excited. I don't do many weddings, as I just prefer to do maternity, newborn and family. However, I do love weddings.

Anyway, they met up with me for a quick shoot, a shoot I didn't think was going to happen that day because it was POURING when I got to the park. But they were troopers and we just rolled with it.

Here's a few of my favorite shots.

And I just love the love here

Jacksonville Military Photographer: Jess + Brandt | Home

I can't even begin to tell you how incredibly honored I was to photograph this amazing military homecoming. Jess contacted me a while back about coming to photograph her husbands homecoming. It was their first deployment together, so it had special meaning. I jumped at the chance, because its something very special to me. While my husband isn't in the military, I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am to all the military men and women who sacrifice their time with their loved ones to stand on the front lines and keep our country safe. Makes me proud to call this wonderful country that we live in, home.

Here's a few of my favorites, as well as a link to the entire gallery

Jacksonville Maternity Photographer: M Family | Bump

This is one of my all time favorite families! Love them to death. I was so honored when they asked me to do their maternity/family session, so of course I jumped at the chance!

Here's a few favorites!

and just one of sweet N

Jacksonville Child Photographer | The D Twins

You might remember these gorgeous kiddoes from a few months back. I did their 1 year photos back in February of this year, and then I did a family session with the before dad left for Afghanistan. Well, now it's time for the holidays and that always means photo time!
I was so excited to see them! They've grown so much in the short amount of time since I last saw them. They are walking, talking and really really good at being super adorable!

Mr. C is just the cutest rough and tough boy ever!

and Miss K is the sweetest little angel!

I seriously love these two kiddoes! They are so sweet and cute! Also, they give pretty amazing hugs and high fives.

And of course, no shoot would be complete without some with mom.

Happy Holiday's guys! I'll see you again in January for your 2 year shoot!

Jacksonville Family Photographer | The G Fam

Okay, this family is seriously too much fun! I had SUCH a blast photographing them and well, they are all so gorgeous, don't you think?

I've known mom for many years. She is actually my hair stylist, manager, all around good friend. She does amazing hair! If you need a good recommendation in the area for a wonderful, caring, affordable stylist, let me know. I never hesitate to give out her name! She is awesome!

Without further ado, their amazing session:

I told you they were a gorgeous family, didn't I?

I love this shot. It's definitely how their life is right now.

I took individual shots of each of the kids as well. How could I not?

I'm sure this guy is a total heartbreaker! I love his style!

And Miss D is seriously gorgeous! I definitely didn't look like this at her age! I'm pretty sure I was really awkward.

Mr. G is so big! I remember when mom was pregnant with him and its just crazy how fast time flies!

And Miss V and my little girl are the same age. It was so fun going through pregnancy together, though let me admit, V's momma handled it much better than me! Ha

And my favorite family shot of the day!

Merry Christmas, guys!

Jacksonville Family Photographer | Holiday Minis Part 1

So this year, I wanted to do a rustic sort of session for my holiday minis, but the area that I had planned to do photos at had a sudden inundation of snakes. Most notably water moccasin and rattlers. Yay!

So, onto plan B. I love shooting at this gorgeous park and knew that I'd be able to get some great shots and assured everyone that they would love their photos and the location. I was right! Everyone loved the location, and everyone seems happy with their galleries. So here's a few to showcase part 1 of the holiday minis.

It started off cloudy, but this little man really lit everything up!

Aren't they a gorgeous family?

Next I had a long time friend and her family come. I so enjoyed spending time with them and photographing their gorgeous kiddoes.

Isn't he the cutest?

and some loving from mom and dad
