Jacksonville Engagement Photographer: Elaine + Steven

Okay, I can't even begin to tell you how stoked I was to do this session. This is my best friend from SECOND grade! Yes, thats right, second grade, as in elementary school. She and her fiance are getting married in October and they wanted met to do their photos. Oh, did I mention they live in Pennsylvania, and came down here for a session? How cool is that? Totally humbled!

Anyway, she mentioned she wanted to do some photos in St. Augustine, so I packed up my gear and headed down there and just ended up having a blast. We just walked all over. Steven even brought his prized violin so we could take some photos with it. I looove when clients bring sentimental and important items with them. It really personalizes their session!

Congratulations Elaine and Steven! I wish you many many years of wedded bliss!!

Jacksonville Couple Photographer | B + T

I had the honor of photographing some dear friends of mine, B and T. I used to work with B and I love catching up with her and hearing the latest gossip. I'm even photographing their daughters wedding coming up in March and I'm SO excited. I don't do many weddings, as I just prefer to do maternity, newborn and family. However, I do love weddings.

Anyway, they met up with me for a quick shoot, a shoot I didn't think was going to happen that day because it was POURING when I got to the park. But they were troopers and we just rolled with it.

Jacksonville Military Photographer: Jess + Brandt | Home

I can't even begin to tell you how incredibly honored I was to photograph this amazing military homecoming. Jess contacted me a while back about coming to photograph her husbands homecoming. It was their first deployment together, so it had special meaning. I jumped at the chance, because its something very special to me. While my husband isn't in the military, I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am to all the military men and women who sacrifice their time with their loved ones to stand on the front lines and keep our country safe. Makes me proud to call this wonderful country that we live in, home.

Jacksonville Maternity Photographer: Sherri | Bump

Sherri contacted me several weeks ago regarding her maternity session. We emailed back and forth and decided on the perfect outfits, props and location. Then, the day of the session came, and we were completely rained out. I mean, no sun for over a week. It was no good.

So, we postponed for a week. I couldn't be happier that we did, because the day of the session was absolute perfection! Sherri and her husband Mike are a gorgeous couple! And the location was pristine, and if I do say so, totally looked like my favorite season, fall. Which, it is, of course, but it's Florida, so we know how that goes.

Cute Couple: Ashley and Brandon

Ashley contacted me several months ago, when I was running my Christmas in July special. She wanted to get some good photos of her and her husband for their Christmas cards, and as possible gifts for their family. Plus, they just wanted some photos of them together.
We met up at Big Talbot and honestly, I don't think we could have asked for better weather, light, and experience. It was just absolutely gorgeous and this is one of my favorite sessions to date!
Not only was the location gorgeous, but seriously, how cute are these two? Adorable! They are just such a sweet young couple and I had a blast photographing them. They were basically up for anything I had in mind. I love that!
