Jacksonville Family Photographer | Holiday Minis Part 1

So this year, I wanted to do a rustic sort of session for my holiday minis, but the area that I had planned to do photos at had a sudden inundation of snakes. Most notably water moccasin and rattlers. Yay!

So, onto plan B. I love shooting at this gorgeous park and knew that I'd be able to get some great shots and assured everyone that they would love their photos and the location. I was right! Everyone loved the location, and everyone seems happy with their galleries. So here's a few to showcase part 1 of the holiday minis.

It started off cloudy, but this little man really lit everything up!

Aren't they a gorgeous family?

Next I had a long time friend and her family come. I so enjoyed spending time with them and photographing their gorgeous kiddoes.

Isn't he the cutest?

and some loving from mom and dad

Jacksonville Newborn Photographer: Meet Ella | 14 days new

I had the time of my life with this little sweet girl! Her mommy emailed me to let me know she was having her and I was due to go on vacation for a week after she was born. So we ended up not getting to do the session until sweet Miss Ella was 14 days, 2 whole weeks! However, she was absolutely a doll and posed for the camera perfectly. What a sweet little one!

Well, I'll just let the photos do the talking here...

I actually purchased this wagon at an antique store while I was on vacation with this exact shot in mind! I love it when a plan comes together!

Miss Ella's daddy loves her so much. He just couldn't keep from talking to her and snuggling with her. She's definitely going to be a daddy's girl. I'm pretty sure she's already got him wrapped around her finger. I love daddy's and their daughters.

However, I do believe Ella is mommy's whole world...

Jacksonville Maternity Photographer: Sherri | Bump

Sherri contacted me several weeks ago regarding her maternity session. We emailed back and forth and decided on the perfect outfits, props and location. Then, the day of the session came, and we were completely rained out. I mean, no sun for over a week. It was no good.

So, we postponed for a week. I couldn't be happier that we did, because the day of the session was absolute perfection! Sherri and her husband Mike are a gorgeous couple! And the location was pristine, and if I do say so, totally looked like my favorite season, fall. Which, it is, of course, but it's Florida, so we know how that goes.

Here's a few of my favorite shots from the session!

I love this pose.

With the Build-A-Bear they made for their little guy.

They even brought a few ultrasound photos that we had fun incorporating.

There's that fall light I was talking about

One of mom's friends made the sash specifically for her photoshoot! I love when clients actively participate in their session and really help make them uniquely theirs!

Some Daddy love.

And hands down, my favorite shot of the session.

I cannot WAIT until December when I get to snuggle with their sweet little boy and take his newborn photos.

Jacksonville Maternity Photographer: Kristin | Bump

I met up with my friend Kristin for a quick maternity session. It was horribly hot and humid out there, but Kristin was SUCH a trooper. I'm pretty sure I sweat off 10 lbs! The bugs were swarming us, so we weren't out there too incredibly long, plus a storm was brewing.

Also, it's just entirely unfair to look this amazing 6 days before your due date. Am I right?

Here's a few from her maternity session:

Jacksonville Senior Photographer: Jenna | 2012

The summer time is one of the best times to have your senior photos taken. School is out, everyone is relaxed and carefree, plus there's always that nice summer glow.

I met up with Jenna this weekend and her awesome family for her senior photos tonight. She loves the beach, so we decided to do her session at the beach. She had the best wardrobe and was an absolute gem to photograph. Isn't she just gorgeous?

And a slideshow of her entire sneak peek:
